Clarence Thomas is one of Northern Virginia’s most [influential] residents. Yet, the largest public library in Virginia snubbed Thomas so to speak, by omitting his books from being highlighted during Black History Month. Justice Thomas has served as a justice on the U.S. Supreme Court for more than 30 years; his wisdom and nobility has had a positive impact on our lives in America. Virginia should be honored to spotlight one of their best residents.
Thanks to The Daily Signal, Thomas’ books are being highlighted. The Daily Signal inquired about the omission Tuesday. Two days later, three books were prominently displayed on the library’s homepage: Thomas’ memoir, “My Grandfather’s Son,” “Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words,” and “The Enigma of Clarence Thomas.”
This Democrat run system doesn’t want any true knowledge being shared with society — I commend The Daily Signal for pushing the issue across the finish line. It’s a shame that we have to get things done moment by moment with the left. Truthful Black people are not welcomed by the left; moreover, we’re definitely not people they want their base to see. And it’s obvious that things are going to get a bit worse. We must stand are ground against the Democrats; God will do the rest — this is His plan. We just have to keep speaking up for justice and truth against the leftist institutions.
