You should never feel alone, God is always with you. He is your solid foundation. Believe me, I know how rough the raging waves of spiritual storms can be. God can bring order out of chaos, good out of evil, peace out of turmoil. God is good and He loves you.
Sometimes it’s discouraging when we don’t know what God’s doing. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t know the plan. But we know God always has a plan.
God is good. Trust in Him. Know that all is well. Say “God is good. God is good.” Just leave in His Hands the present and the future, knowing only that He is good.
It’s very important to know that we are in the last days, and that’s official. That said, expect satanic attacks, don’t fear it but expect them. Satanic attacks almost always come through people. And if possible, Satan will use those closest to us. They don’t even know that Satan is using them, they usually use some other petty excuse to justify their behavior. Just forgive them all and keep living life.
God is our rock, He can and will work miracles for you. Just keep doing what’s right, and continue to help others. Especially if you need help, that’s the most important time to help others.
Isa 41:13 – For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
Don’t fear whether or not God is going to come through for you. He will, because He loves you more than you can understand. He has a great plan for your life too. This is where most people get confused because, they want to know the plan. It can be depressing if you try to figure it out in intricate detail. So don’t bother, just keep doing good and have NO FEAR!
Since you’re reading this, that’s as much a part of God’s plan for you as God’s plan for me writing this. That means you’re already in His plan as much as I am. Just go humbly yet, courageously forward into the unknown. Even if you made mistakes, that was part of the plan too, because that’s how we learn.
Fear is satan’s main tactic. Lets see what God’s word says about fear. Deu 31:8 – And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
God knows everywhere we’re going to go before we know it. That’s why He can go before us and make things ready when we get there. He even moves some of our enemies before we arrive.
Things will get rocky sometimes even on the right course. And, that’s another confusing aspect for us, because it makes us wonder if we’re doing right. But when we get off course, things will get completely out of wack, it’s supposed to. That’s how we know to get back on the right path, regardless if it gets rocky from time to time.
The disciples did exactly what Jesus said to do, and they still had storms. The real big waves rage right before God is about to use us in a mighty way. Remember, don’t let fear paralyze you, keep going.
Isa 54:17 – “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
It’s the storms and raging waves of life that make us strong, but God calms the storms eventually. Then we enjoy the sweet times of peace and power. Stay in God’s word and pray for wisdom and guidance.
God is always eager to answer prayers for wisdom and guidance. He wants to give us guidance in every aspect of our lives. Fasting is important also, it amplifies our prayer. It’s the spiritual way of saying we’re really willing to humble ourselves. In addition to that, we gain a spiritual strength from fasting and prayer. In these last days, we’re going to need strength. Not just for ourselves, but for others also.
Isaiah 26: 3-4 Those of steadfast mind you keep in peace—because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord God you have an everlasting rock.
If you’re going through a storm right now, you can be assured, God is about to give you power and use you! The longer the storm, the more strength and power you get. Stay the course and keep doing good. God bless you and yours Brothers and Sisters!
